MPW – Oh dear, Audere, Viceroy Counsel’s email regarding Audere

July 19, 2024 – Below is correspondence between Viceroy and MPW’s counsel regarding the recent revelations that Audere had acted on MPW’s behalf, with the email transmitting the report coming from Chairman Ed Aldag’s custodial files. MPW have thus far failed to identify the target of their Audere engagement, which they continue to claim was “prepared for MPT in anticipation of litigation and the direction and under the supervision of MPW counsel Quinn Emanuel.

We will continue to vigorously defend ourselves against this baseless legal claim and find it poetic that MPW engaged in an illegal conspiracy themselves, while alleging one that clearly does not exist.
