Blue Moon Metals - Flagship to Firesale

The sale of Nussir is being marketed as a feat. Instead, it's an admission BMM can no longer fund one of its central projects.

November 3, 2026 – Today, Blue Moon Metals (TSXV: MOON) announced it is selling Blue Moon Norway, and with it Nussir, to ACG Metals (LSE: ACG) for $220m in ACG shares. Blue Moon spent months bragging to shareholders that Nussir was the company's flagship. Now, they're throwing it overboard before a single tonne of concentrate has been produced to “focus on its U.S. critical metals assets.” These are the same US assets whose centerpiece acquisition, a portfolio of 33 tungsten and antimony projects, collapsed just four days ago.

This is typical plate-spinning from BMM CEO and serial stock promoter, Christian Kargl-Simard. When one story fails, he scrambles to find another paper transaction to replace it.
